Above 9 guests: €20 per extra guest per night (maximum 10 guests).
Tourist tax: €1.20 per person (over 13) per day.
Mid-week rental possible (Monday to Thursday): contact us.
In low and mid season, rental by number of bedrooms (2, 3 or 4) is possible: contact us.
Optional cleaning package: €100.

Standard "Gîtes de France" contract: 25% of the rent on signature, the balance one month before arrival.
€550 security deposit (not cashed) handed over on arrival, returned on departure or within a week, subject to inventory.
Online booking: Abritel's cancellation terms apply and are clearly displayed before payment.
